Administrative accuracy is essential to the systematic management of personnel documents in government institutions. This study aims to examine the application of administrative accuracy in personnel document management at the General and Personnel Affairs Subdivision of the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDMD) of Makassar City. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using observation and documentation conducted during an internship from June 3 to July 24, 2026. The findings indicate that administrative accuracy is applied through several interconnected processes, including checking document completeness, verifying information, recording and processing administrative data, classifying and filing documents, and reviewing completed work. Document classification supports orderly storage and facilitates document retrieval, while reviewing completed work helps identify and correct administrative errors. The findings suggest that administrative accuracy is integrated throughout the personnel document management process rather than being limited to the initial document verification stage. These practices support the organization of personnel documents, the consistency of administrative information, and the quality of administrative work within the unit.
