SCHEMA welcomes original research articles, conceptual papers, literature reviews, systematic literature reviews, and case studies that demonstrate originality, methodological rigor, academic relevance, and a clear contribution to the advancement of knowledge. Manuscripts may employ quantitative, qualitative, mixed-method, or other appropriate research approaches consistent with the objectives and scope of the study.

All manuscripts submitted to SCHEMA undergo an initial editorial screening to assess their relevance to the journal's scope, originality, academic quality, and compliance with submission requirements. Manuscripts that meet the initial editorial criteria are subjected to a double-blind peer-review process, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed from each other. Final publication decisions are made by the editorial team based on scholarly merit, reviewers' recommendations, and compliance with the journal's editorial standards.

SCHEMA is committed to the principles of open-access scholarly publishing, enabling published articles to be freely accessible to readers and supporting the wider dissemination and exchange of academic knowledge. The journal upholds principles of research integrity, publication ethics, transparency, editorial independence, and responsible scholarly communication.

SCHEMA commenced publication in August 2026. The inaugural volume is published in August and December 2026. Beginning in 2027, the journal follows a regular triannual publication schedule, with issues published in April, August, and December.

Through the publication of credible, relevant, and impactful research, SCHEMA seeks to contribute to the development of contemporary management theory and practice while fostering scholarly dialogue among researchers and practitioners at national and international levels.
